Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Capture Analyst to support our growth team in identifying, evaluating, and qualifying strategic opportunities. This role will be reporting to our Vice President of Growth and plays a key part in building our business development pipeline by surfacing aligned opportunities and collaborating with internal teams, including Enterprise Analytics and Tiger Teams, to drive data-informed decisions. The ideal candidates will be curious, proactive, and analytical. The candidate must thrive in fast-paced environments and must be eager to learn. The candidate should have a nose for uncovering strategic opportunities and the discipline to keep the engine running smoothly behind the scenes.

IDS offers a robust benefits package including employer paid health, dental, vision, disability, AD&D and life insurance plans for eligible employees.
